Full Billing Service
Our full-service billing option includes complete OHIP billing management, monthly reports by clinic or hospital, procedure code research, error reconciliations, and monitoring of manual reviews and remittance advice inquiries.
We also manage billing for WSIB, Blue Cross, military clients, private claims, and out-of-province submissions including Quebec. All claims are entered and submitted to MOH using secure HIPAA-approved systems.
Pricing: 2% commission (based on the amount paid to the doctor).
Partial Billing Service
Our partial-service billing is designed for providers who prefer to enter their own billing codes while we manage error reports, rejected claims, and monthly reconciliations.
We connect remotely to your system, provide code research, and handle paperwork for manual reviews. This option gives you control while still ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Pricing: $350 / month flat fee.
